These Website Terms govern use of this website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms concern the website only. Any repair, transport, storage, detailing, installation, or maintenance work will be governed by the estimate, repair order, authorization, invoice, warranty terms, and other service-specific documents provided for that job.
Mobile Marine and Motorsports is the business name used on this website. The person or legal entity contracting for a particular job will be identified on the applicable estimate, repair authorization, invoice, or other service document.
No appointment, estimate, or emergency response
A call, text, form entry, requested date, or prepared message does not create an appointment, guarantee availability, authorize work, establish a price, or require Mobile Marine and Motorsports to accept a job. Service is confirmed only through direct communication with Nathan Kieffer.
“Urgent” and “same-day calls accepted” mean that customers may call about time-sensitive needs. They do not guarantee same-day arrival, repair completion, parts availability, towing, rescue, on-water emergency response, or continuous availability. If a person, vessel, or property is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Service area and shop location
The map shows an approximate 30-mile radius from Minocqua, Wisconsin. Roads, lake access, weather, equipment condition, scheduling, safety, and other circumstances may affect whether service is available at a particular location. The location checker provides a straight-line estimate and is not a promise of service. The shop is not open to unscheduled public visits, and its location remains private unless provided for an accepted job.
Authorization, estimates, and payment
No repair or additional work is authorized through this website. Scope, diagnostic charges, labor, parts, travel or transport charges, taxes, payment timing, storage, and any warranty will be addressed separately before or during service as applicable. Customers should review and approve the applicable estimate or repair authorization before work begins. Common payment methods are accepted, but availability should be confirmed when scheduling.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate ownership, equipment, condition, location, access, and contact information.
- Have authority to request service and authorize access to the equipment and property.
- Disclose known hazards, submerged conditions, fuel leaks, unstable lifts or trailers, aggressive animals, access limitations, and other material safety concerns.
- Secure personal property and provide safe, lawful access to the equipment.
- Do not rely on website content as a substitute for immediate safety action or manufacturer instructions.
Photos, messages, and customer content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, and descriptions you send. By sending them for a service inquiry, you give Mobile Marine and Motorsports permission to view, copy, and use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate, document, and perform the requested service, maintain records, and address disputes. They will not be used in public marketing without separate permission, unless otherwise permitted by law.
Reviews
Customers remain free to share honest opinions about their experience. Nothing in these terms restricts or penalizes truthful reviews. Any future request for a review should not require a positive sentiment, and any incentive—if ever offered—must not depend on the review being positive and must be disclosed as required.
Brands and third-party services
Manufacturer and product names are used only to identify equipment that may be serviced. Mobile Marine and Motorsports is an independent business and does not claim affiliation, sponsorship, or authorization by a manufacturer unless expressly stated in writing. Links, maps, messaging applications, social networks, payment providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Website content and availability
We try to keep the site accurate, but service descriptions, hours, availability, areas served, and features may change. Website content is general information and is provided “as is” without a promise that it is complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for diagnosing equipment. We may modify or discontinue site features at any time.
Liability and rights that cannot be waived
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Marine and Motorsports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising only from use of or inability to use this website.
